Has anyone gotten their groupon to redeem yet? Mine has just said processing since I ordered as soon as it went up the other night. Never had one take this long before….

Yeah, wondering the same as Michael. I bought my membership a couple of days ago and it still says “processing”. How can I actually redeem it. Also, when did I not receive any kind of email confirmation of my order? This is my first time using Groupon. Finding it kind of confusing.

I’ve sent three emails to Jennifer Fuentes already and still no reply about when I can expect my membership packet in the mail. It’s been nearly 4 weeks since I purchased this groupon. Honestly, I think that is more than enough time to have to wait, especially for a simple reply.
Anyone receive their membership card yet? Still waiting. Still no response for anyone at KCRW.
Same here. Haven’t received mine either. It’s been 3 weeks.
It seems they don’t respond to emails (even though you’ll get an auto response saying you’ll receive a response within 24 hrs). But if you call the member number at 310-314-4635 or 800-600-KCRW (5279), someone will answer your question. Apparently the membership cards are sent out by a third party. If you purchased them in December you should expect them by the end of this week or next week at the latest.
They can also send out a temporary card until then.

Did anybody get their member cards yet?
I’m finally getting around to try and redeem my KCRW groupon, and I see that I’m supposed to go to ‘http://gr.pn/fvHjle’ but that just comes up w/ a 404, Page Not Found…pufferfish? seems to be a groupon-related thing. Anyway, seems that I’m supposed to find someplace at that URL to enter my groupon number…but nothing there in which to input it. Alternative?

I use my Fringe Benefits card all the time to get discounts around the Greater Los Angeles Area (download the iphone app – so you know when a discount is near by). If you are good about using the card, it will EASILY pay for itself. Plus I’ve won Hollywood Bowl tickets with the card. Supporting KCRW made sense for me as that’s about all I listen to when I’m in the car – but I’ve been pleasantly surprised over the years how my membership always seems to pay for itself with all the discounts I get around town.
