Good Morning Daisy and Jeff (and everyone else). I wanted to respond to the two postings.
Jeff, the reasoning behind the areas that are limited is due to travel. These are the outlying areas of Orange County. If a job were to be a large enough job, an exception would be made. But, as a rule, these are areas that are outside of our travel area.
Daisy, regarding Long Beach, the same would be applicable. Unless the job were to be a large enough job, it would be outside of our service area. If you are wondering if this is a large enough job, please feel free to call me at 949-709-7530 after 8:00 a.m. and we will discuss
Is this valid in Corona?
Andrea,
It certainly is your business decision to make. If your reasoning truly is that Garden Grove is an outlying area of Orange County, do you intend to serve Brea, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Silverado Canyon or San Clemente?
I am wondering why Jeff H. is being so hostile about this. A lot of Groupons are location specific.
Andrea, can we use the three hours for any type of cleaning, as opposed to just standard houscleaning? For example, could we request that the fridge and oven are cleaned, etc.? Or really, any type of ‘deep cleaning’ stuff?

We have done work out in Corona before. The groupon is for three hours of cleaning. Of course, you may purchase two groupons and that would give the cleaner a large enough job for the travel to Corona. Typically, if we go to Corona, we like to stay in the areas closer to Orange County. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Regarding the tasks that can be assigned, this is an hourly service. So, if you would like to have oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, laundry services, etc., then these are available to you. When we provide regular maintenance services though, these would not be standard in a maintenance cleaning (but can be estimated into it).
The only services we do not provide on the house are window cleaning and carpet cleaning. I have contacts that I refer to for these services.
If you buy 2 coupons, do you have to use them at once (6 hours or two cleaners) or can you use them at different times? thanks!

You not have to use them at the same time. You may use them in 3 hour increments if you like. Likewise, you may also purchase additional time if you need it. So there is not a limit to what we can do for you.

So if the job only takes around 2 hours, i’d still have 1 hr credit left to use?
Also, there were spiders in my cabinets and they’re dead now. Would you clean out the cabinets of the webs they left?
Your above comment about carpet cleaning, does that apply to vacuuming too or were you referring to actual deep carpet cleaning?

We have a 3 hour minimum for our cleaning assignments. We provide services like interior of oven and refrigerator, dishes, laundry, as well as standard deep cleaning services. If you have a studio apartment, then your home may take less than 3 hours to clean, but we do provide 3 hours worth of services.
Yes, we will clean out your cabinets. The only thing we prefer not to work with are live cockroaches and rats (for obvious reasons). Spiderwebs and the occasional spider just goes along with the territory.
We vacuum but that is different from actual carpet cleaning. To me, carpet cleaning uses a truck mounted system. We prefer to specialize in what we do.

Re: the carpet cleaning. Would you be willing to use a carpet steam cleaner that we rent from Home Depot?
I’ll be moving out of my apartment soon and into a house. I was wondering if you’d be able to clean the apartment after move out, including this basic carpet steaming.

Hi Cassi. Not opposed to using the Home Depot carpet cleaner. Would prefer, however, to let the cleaners concentrate on the house.

Yes, Garden Grove is next to Westminster but is on the other side of it on the Los Angeles side – away from the rest of Orange County. Orange is actually on the other side of Westminster and Santa Ana, away from Garden Grove.
As with Cypress, La Palma and some of the outlying cities, if the job is larger, then we will make an exception. But, for the purposes of Groupon and the 3 hour block of time, I excluded the cities that were out of our service area for a shorter cleaning period.
