A diode-laser system, which can treat all skin types and many different colors and textures of hair (except white and gray), stops hair in its growth phase. Because hair grows in stages, four to six treatments spaced four weeks apart are typically necessary to permanently reduce hair. Yet, after each treatment, hair should be noticeably reduced. Treatments take roughly 10–15 minutes for smaller areas or up to an hour for larger areas.

Dr. James Kerchner, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and registered nurse Kelly Dorsten have been providing aesthetic upgrades to clients for more than 20 years.
