Choose Between Two Options

During Kettlebell basics classes, a certified trainer teaches clients the fundamentals of the Kettlebell exercise regimen, which combines aerobic exercises and weight training to help strengthen the core. TRX basics classes teach participants how to use their own bodyweight and resistance tools to build lean muscles and torch calories. Kettlebell and TRX transition classes continue to fine-tune proper form and technique in a slower paced format.
