Kettlebility

Andrea and Kristine trained together for six years before Andrea discovered kettlebell training. That moment proved to be life changing for both of them. Not only did they both begin to exceed their own physical-fitness goals, they became so enamored with the regimen that they created their own gym devoted to the workout. Today, Kettlebility brings together expert instructors as well as students of all fitness levels to develop strength and flexibility during group classes, one-on-one personal training, and after-hours kettlebell choirs. The group classes ascend in difficulty, with tests between levels to ensure students have the skill sets necessary to increase the challenge without harming themselves or the kettlebells’ feelings.
