$29 for 12 Smartraining Sessions with Unlimited Koko-Cardio Sessions ($218 Value)

Members select a fitness program based on specific goals such as weight loss, sports conditioning, or muscle building. A custom plan is then loaded onto a “Koko key.” Members plug their personalized Koko key into a Koko FitClub cardio and strength machine, and a built-in LCD display prescribes a 30-minute exercise routine all performed on the same piece of equipment. The Koko key also tracks progress, which can be viewed anytime from a private web page, and adjusts routines as the client’s fitness level improves. This Groupon also includes unlimited Koko Cardio sessions, which condense heart-rate-elevating workouts into 15-minute bursts.

Koko FitClub Oro Valley

Koko FitClub Oro Valley exercise programs were designed by fitness pros Rob Parr, Kathy Kaehler, and Michael Wood, who together boast a portfolio of high-profile clients including Madonna, Hugh Jackman, and numerous professional athletes. The trio's digitally empowered program pushes personalization at all levels, from tailored routines to individualized results and goals. To accommodate trainees, each gym houses hybrid exercise machines built for both cardio and strength training, eliminating the need to either change machines or bench-press friends in between reps. To begin, guests insert Koko keys into machines, which then display personalized routines broken down in a comprehensive manner. Throughout the workout, the system monitors technique, pace, and overall progress, which clients can later review on a private web page.

The Groupon Guide to: Tricking Your Kids into Eating Vegetables

Kids don't want to eat vegetables because vegetables aren't fun. Make legumes laughably fun with these tips for preparing vegetables:

  • Put black beans on circular slices of potato to give your kids healthier "chocolate-chip cookies."

  • Cut corn off the cob and offer their picky palates some "rotten goblin teeth."

  • Mash yams and your young ones will be thrilled to eat "a very sick man's innards."

  • An avocado kind of looks like a hand grenade.

  • Remove the strings from celery. Kids will voluntarily eat celery if it's not strung like some kind of ridiculous violin.

Mom, can I have seconds of goblin teeth?
