Choose Between Two Options

Trainers challenge small groups of men and women through functional-motion regimens conducted in intense intervals interspersed with body-weight resistance exercises. The Primal Male Boot Camp is conducted in a small group, all-male atmosphere. The class forgoes card machines in favor of pushing, pulling, dragging, and slamming real life objects to achieve fitness goals. Alternately, the all-female Skinny Girl classes utilize kettle bells, sand bags, free weights, and medicine balls for physique transformation. K-Strength Sports Training

Some people call Kevin Ensenat a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Others call him a level 2 A.R.T. provider. But perhaps the most important title is simply "coach." In that capacity, he privately coached New York Giants players Kevin Boothe and Chris Snee to prep for their Super Bowl championship. He guided college athletes through injury recovery, healing ACL tears and opening the door for continuing athletic careers.
