Thanks for the question! The Groupon is just for a $30 credit to use at Kumo. You can dine with as many people as you'd like, and the $30 Groupon will be deducted from your total bill. If you table's bill exceeds $30, you'll just need to pay the difference, plus tax and gratuity.
