The interactive class provides professional chefs who walk students step-by-step through the process of creating an upscale two-course dinner, including crafting their own cocktail. Class size is limited to 20 people, allowing for individual attention from instructors. After two hours of preparation students sit down to enjoy their hard work.

The menu includes:

L'École Culinaire

At L'École Culinaire, career-minded students dive into the culinary arts and focus on one cooking course during each 10-week period, so that they can emerge prepared to enter the workforce.
