The state of the NJ does not board certify anyone on anything. Board certification comes from a national level. The doctor is licensed in the state of NJ to do all cosmetic services.

Have no idea what a unit of botox equals. Would the 20 unit deal be enough to get the job done for lines in the forehead.?
