Are both(2) underarms consider as one small area with 6 treatments for both sides? Fine Print says that deal expires on February 27, 2013, but each treatment should have a couple of weeks in between. Am I supposed to use all 6 treatments in one month?

Yes, the small area Groupon includes both underarms. You'll just need to begin your treatments by the expiration date, and the remaining treatments will be scheduled accordingly.
