Hi, question, I have had nail fungust on two nails on my left foot for years and was told the only real way to get rid of it was to remove the toenails completely and treat the fungus on the toe itself. I am considering that - or your option. Since yours is rather pricey (even with the groupon) I would like to know if you offer some sort of guarantee. I'm not looking for a few months respite; I want this fungus gone. I would appreciate your honest evaluation of your treatment, thank you.

No treatment is guaranteed, since every patient is different. Even the nail removal and treatment is far from perfect. In our clinic we will debride the nail, so most of it will be taken out before the treatment. This is not as extreme as taking out the entire nail off in surgery, but based on our experience is good enough.
