You state the face or chest. Is this just the normal areas treated? Have a few on my abdomen......a few inches away from my belly button on the left side. Would this be eligible for this promotion? ThankYou

I am a diabetic with a fair amount of spider veins on my legs. Is this procedure safe and or recommended for diabetics?
