These dont ruin existing eyelashes at all? I watched the video but i couldnt tell how they were being attached is it glue and heat? Do these just kind of come out on their own or do you have to have them removed?

No. Eyelash extensions do not damage the natural lashes unless incorrect after care takes place. The natural lashes will not be damaged unless they are pulled out deliberately.
