The drawback to buying this deal, as it was with the miniature golf offer last week, is that, in our case, one person would not be playing three games in one day. Our family would go out and play one, maybe two games but not three. Sincie it can’t be split and has to be used in one visit, it is not a good value for us. Just wanted to provide some feedback.
I was thinking the same thing as what Judy posted. We have never played Lazer tag so don’t know much about it. How long does it take to play 1 game? I have a 8/6 yr old girls so no sure how long they would last.
I called the Erlanger location and she said the entire process for 1 game would take 20min. Which im guessing means putting equipment on and instructions.
I took my family here to play a few months ago, and we had a terrible experience! The manager was very rude and unappreciative of her customers. It is not a bad setup, but the staff is not very friendly!
Three games is about right for my kids. I think the game itself only lasts about 12 minutes and the other 8 minutes are suiting up, dividing into teams and getting instruction. Had my 12-year old’s bday party there (Maineville) earlier this summer and they played only 2, but would have enjoyed a third. A week or so later both boys went with friends for the Friday night ‘all you can play’ deal and ended up playing aout 8 games. Our experiences at the Maineville location have all been great — and the birthday party was the best managed/organized party I’ve ever had at a place like that. Only negative feedback I have about this deal is that they have limited the purchase of it!!
yes it does stink that there is a limit on the # you can purchase. I used my mom’s email address to purchase another one.
I purchased six games. does this mean 3 people can play 2 games each in one visit?
earlier today it said that you could buy 1 additional as a gift. What happened? it only let me buy one.
It should allow you to purchase one- this is a 3 mission pass for one person to play all three games. This normally takes about an hour and 40 minutes though your games can be back to back if you don’t want to take that long.
With laser tag many people do play 3 games in one day. Most everyone plays at least 2 when they come in.
Sorry to hear about your experience Emma- please contact us and ask to speak to the owner so we can investigate this more! We get top ratings on birthday parties, corporate team-building, lockins and all aspects so something was definitely out of the norm that day! Apologies!

Purchased 2 coupons for Lazer Kraze as as a gift, using my credits I saved up by referring friends to Groupon. My account balance reflects that 2 coupons were purchased but I did not receive the e-mail to print the coupons(I selected to print them myself). Help?
