Guests commonly encounter giant celebrities at Lemon Spa Perfect Health Club, where movies play on a 13-foot projection screen during mani-pedis. Each of the two areas was designed to give group functions an opulent vibe—pedicure chairs and a plush couch face the DVD display while soft lighting lends the space a golden glow. As they undergo their nail services, which can range from a standard manicure to a decadent, chocolate-themed pedicure, patrons can watch one of the spa's easygoing comedies or Benny Hill gag reels they've brought from home. Since their inception, the spaces have welcomed bridal showers, birthday gatherings, and, in 2007, a Michael Bublé CD release party.

Though the other treatments take place in private rooms, they maintain the venue's movie-star theme. Nu Skin and Ÿum facial products perk up complexions, massages quiet muscular aches, and body scrubs exfoliate pores with plant and cocoa extracts.
