Questions and Answers

After I go to www.lens.com how do I get the groupon price

sandra p. asked 5 months, 26 days, 16 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jeff P.

Thanks for writing, Sandra. You should have received a gift card code and PIN when you purchased your Groupon. On the Lens.com Order Information page in the checkout process, you will find a field called “Gift Card / Offer Code”. Enter the Gift Card Code in the field and click “Apply”. Then enter the PIN when you are prompted. After entering that information, you will see the $40 deducted from your order.

Where do I put my prescription

Thanks for writing, Sandra. The first thing you need to do is go to www.Lens.com and find the brand of contact lenses (i.e. Acuvue Oasys) you were prescribed by eye care provider. You will enter your prescription on the brand or product page.

Why is there a limit of ONE? I have contact but I have different perscriptions for each eye, so this really a great deal since it'll only go towards 1 eye and not both.

Thanks for writing, Jacob. There is a limit of one Groupon per order. And one Groupon per customer. So you can buy different prescriptions for each eye and use the Groupon to take $40 off your entire order.
