Full-day introduction to paragliding lessons provide students with the basic skills for using a glider. During the lesson, students learn how to set up their equipment, how to inflate a glider into the wind, and how to control the glider once airborne. The first few flights are completed on a training hill, with the height of takeoff increasing as students become more confident. Lessons include a glider, a harness, a helmet, and radios.
