The menu includes thin-crust pizzas topped with flavor combinations such as pancetta, italian sausage, aged prosciutto, and a drizzle of chili oil; tandoori chicken and roasted red peppers with fresh cilantro; or sautéed spinach, black olives, red onion, and feta cheese. For private parties, patrons can order customized menus of canapés for receptions ($8–$38/person) or sit-down dinner parties with multiple courses ($10–$40/person).
Lido Waterfront Bistro
In addition to sumptuous tapas and gourmet pizzas, Lido Waterfront Bistro offers guests a panoramic view of the ocean and an outdoor deck with abundant sunshine and a dock for boats. Chefs prepare plates of cheeses and charcuterie, local Dungeness crab cakes, gourmet sandwiches, and an array of scratch made soups. Live music often serenades patrons as they sip organic coffee, regional beers on tap and local wines.
