Choose Between Two Options

  • $89 for six 30-minute personal training sessions (a $180 value)
  • $99 for a six-week Prepare for the Holidays boot camp (a $300 value)

Personal trainers use the club’s arsenal of equipment—including Cybex machines, resistance cords, and kettlebells—to customize 30-minute sessions based on their client’s fitness or weight-loss goals. Alternatively, members of the Prepare for the Holidays boot camp program convene for 45-minutes of cardio and strength-training exercises performed in a motivating group environment. The Prepare for the Holidays boot camp program is held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning October 15 as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning October 16. Both classes end the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Lifestyle Fitness

From the racks of kettlebells and iron-laden Cybex machines in the weight room to the sleek stationary bikes and treadmills in the cardio area, Lifestyle Fitness has the programs and equipment to meet the needs of every type of exerciser. Certified personal trainers also guide members through one-on-one or couples training sessions, designed to enhance general athletic performance, kick weight loss into gear, or keep students one step ahead of the city’s wild dogs.
