  • Cups of clam chowder, soup du jour, or caesar or garden salad for each guest
  • An entree per guest, with a choice of a lobster roll, fish and chips, fried shrimp, fried shrimp with sirloin tips, galley sirloin tips, chicken parmigiana, shrimp scampi, or a cheeseburger; vegetarian options are available upon request
  • A dessert per guest, with a choice of strawberry shortcake, bread pudding, or cheesecake

Up to four people may attend the lunch, though this is not a requirement. Chefs from Starboard Galley Restaurant prepare the three-course meal, served to diners as they recline on wide, padded benches surrounded by views of the harbor. The lunch is BYOB.

Lighthouse Preservation Society

For more than 25 years, the maritime enthusiasts at Lighthouse Preservation Society have worked to maintain the endangered lighthouses of the United States, some more than 200 years old. Their efforts have sponsored National Lighthouse Day, helped create the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act and the National Lighthouse Museum, and raised nearly $6 million toward more than 160 lighthouse-restoration projects.
