Lightning Kicks Martial Arts

At Lightning Kicks Martial Arts, students learn holds, jabs, and kicks in classes in an array of fighting styles, from MMA and Brazilian jujitsu to women's self-defense. Each session moves quickly, hinging on the theory of muscle-confusion—when your body hasn't adapted to a predictable routine, exercise has a greater impact. Expert instructors helm each session, too, enhancing workouts with years of experience and study. The center's head coach holds a master's degree in coaching from Western Michigan University, for example, while other trainers are certified army combatives.
