Link N Hops

As its name implies, Link N Hops is devoted to one major culinary pursuit: the pairing of gourmet sausages and beer. More than 20 variations of links—both classic and eclectic, meat-based and vegan—form the core of the menu. These sausages, all of which are served between the soft and crusty halves of a bolillo bun, include Hungarian kolbasa, Bavarian bratwust, wild board andouille, and duck with figs and brandy. Nearly a dozen toppings and seven sauces allow for nearly infinite customization, while sides such as seasoned fries and Munich-style soft pretzels ensure you have enough types of food to stage a model UN meeting banquet. To help wash down bites, the bar serves craft sodas and maintains a changing selection of 24 international craft beers on draft. Several events throughout the year celebrate the restaurant's chosen breweries.
