Questions and Answers

I seem to be only able to see three days of schedule at a time. Is there more than one Fndamentals (beginners) class per week?

Did you scroll down the page? You should be able to view an entire week at a time, and also there are tabs at the top of the schedule page to allow you to go to the next week as well. We have two Fundamentals classes per week (Monday evening and Saturday at 11am) as well as several Gentle classes per week, both of which are ideal for beginner's. thanks, and hope to see you at the studio soon!

Are there beginner classes here that are NOT hot?

Stacey P. asked 7 months, 13 days, 8 hours, and 31 minutes ago - 1 answer

Aliza L.

Yes, in fact our Beginner's classes are not heated. They are called 'Fundamentals' and are not done in the heated studio. Hot Yoga is a practice appropriate for all levels, but they are not actual Beginner's classes.
