Live Train Play CrossFit

For a while, Live Train Play CrossFit’s owner, Jai Lewis, was the only trainer, often staying in the gym from the beginning of the 6:30 a.m. class to the end of the 7:30 p.m. class to make sure his students fulfilled their potential. Now he is joined by trainers Greg and Angie, and together they lead students through a different CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) every day. WODs are never the same, though they may incorporate moves ranging from weight lifting, push-ups, and pull-ups to box jumps, burpees, rowing, running, and kettlebell training.

The Groupon Guide to: Tricking Your Kids into Eating Vegetables

Kids don't want to eat vegetables because vegetables aren't fun. Make legumes laughably fun with these tips for preparing vegetables:

  • Put black beans on circular slices of potato to give your kids healthier "chocolate-chip cookies."

  • Cut corn off the cob and offer their picky palates some "rotten goblin teeth."

  • Mash yams and your young ones will be thrilled to eat "a very sick man's innards."

  • An avocado kind of looks like a hand grenade.

  • Remove the strings from celery. Kids will voluntarily eat celery if it's not strung like some kind of ridiculous violin.

Mom, can I have seconds of goblin teeth?
