have just purchased a two year subscription on groupon. I went to the redeem page and entered the code (checking carefully that I’m using a “0” and not an “O”. I receive the following error message: "That code appears to be in use. Please try again or contact customer support for assistance." I already have a free account, but even there I can't find a place to enter the coupon code -only on your redeem page, and as I said [- that doesn't work! . and, of course, you don't have a help phone number!

Currently we are incompatible with the iPhone. Apple does not allow Adobe Flash to be installed on their devices, which prevents many websites with Flash content from displaying correctly. This includes Livemocha. We are looking into options for this, but no plans are currently in the works.

Hello I want to learn Russian. I see some languages offer an Active option. I'm not sure what this means. Russian doesn't seem to offer this so what is the difference and how much is Russian handicapped in the program. Can you explain the difference between an active program and not and what sort of teaching tools , exercises they use in the Russian language.

Yes, when you redeem your Groupon you will create a Livemocha account. Using your Livemocha account online will allow you to access your coursework from multiple computers.

Hello, I am thinking of buying the 12 months course. I see that the groupon expires on the 7th of August 2013. Does that mean that I have to accomplish it until Aug. the 7th or I could spread it, let's say, over 12 months? Thanks!

Sorry for any confusion. You will have until August 7, 2013 to activate your Groupon on the LIvemocha website. You will have 12 months of access to courses from your activation date.
