Do u only need the one visit? If not what is the cost for additional visits ? It says for 2, can u come with my daughter? Is it an individual class or group? When are appointments available?

Yes! The more detailed answer is that it depends on several factors: How much weight do you want to lose, how long you've had the weight on and how many times you've dieted, for example. Most people who attend this class lose between 10-50 pounds and keep it off for varying amounts of time. Some for years. What I recommend is that you take the class and if you begin to put any back on, just get another Groupon coupon (they will run several times a year) and come again! We priced it so reasonably, so you can do just that. The classes are all a bit different as we tailor each class to the group.

Yes, you can attend with your daughter, these are group classes. When you print/ pull up your Groupon, it will list the proper redemption instructions on it.
