Questions and Answers

DAVID: That is correct – this Groupon is valid at the Tempe location only, thanks

There are 2 locations in Tempe… which one does this apply to?
1639 E Apache Blvd, Tempe, AZ
820 South Mill, Tempe, AZ
Thanks~

Michele: This can always find this information under “The Company” section of the write-up. Thanks
Just bought 2 of these intending to give one to my son and his roommates. I did not send it to his email address so I am wondering if this makes the 2nd voucher invalid. Does the gift have to be bought as a gift and sent to someone’s email or can you buy multiple and give a voucher away in a card etc. Please try to clear this up for me. Thanks

Presented the Groupon at the E Apache location last night. Many side order items not available on the menu. The “Long Wong” wing legend was too good to be true – what was served was overcooked to the point where the wings were like shoe leather, then smothered with an unmanageable glob of sauce (parmesan garlic wings). The coconut shrimp was overfried to the point of cinders. Adding insult to injury, they added a $2.95 charge onto the bills for the wings claiming it was to cover the sales tax lost when deducting the $14.50 from the tab. Even if they handled the bill like just about any other Groupon merchant – total entire bill, add sales tax, then deduct the cost of the wing/Groupon – this doesn’t add up to the sales tax cost. When challenged on thjs fuzzy math, they claimed “The Groupon offer SHOULD HAVE READ as 2 dozen wings for $2.95 – it should have been in writing but Groupon didn’t put it on there.” BULL$h!+ I say.
One to avoid should future Groupon offers appear…
I too was charged the extra $2.95 and was told it was for tax & tip. They also told us they were sold out of french fries and their credit card machine was not working so they were only accepting cash.

I have a Long Wong’s right near us in Phoenix. This Groupon appears to be only for ONE location, at their place over in Tempe. What’s up here?
