exactly what type of excercises are involved. I currently do HIIT .. High Intensity Interval Training but do have some limitations.. herniated discs in back. Is it more of an obstacle course style workout.. group style workout etc. Do you have website I can view?

We perform a Variety of Movements and combine aspects of Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Track and Field, among others. Certain exercises may be new for some people and our Coaches will Always be Available in the Group Style Classes to make sure the movements are being Performed Safely and Efficiently. Yes, this can work for anyone. There is no baseline experience needed before trying a class. Everything that we do in class is scalable (up or down) or modifiable to meet the specific needs of individuals. New clients are immediately integrated into standard classes and given extra attention as they work at their own pace and skill level. Generally our classes have a mix of clients that have been with us a few days, a few weeks, or a few months and range in levels of fitness and physical limitations.
