*Hi Jennifer M.* If you purchased a Groupon but it did not process as a gift, it will have the purchaser's name on it which cannot be changed. However, your Groupon also has a unique ID number that the business uses to identify Groupon customers, so the person redeeming the Groupon does not have to be the person who bought it (unless otherwise specified in the Fine Print for that deal). All of our merchants understand this and your Groupon will still be redeemable as a gift! In the future, if you would like to purchase multiple gifts for different people, each purchase will need to be made separately. *Cesar* _Groupon Forum Moderator_

Jennifer M.

I bought four of these for me, my husband, my mother and father, but all four are in my name. Can we still use them together on the same day?

If one were to go on Aug. 13 or Sept. 3 the day of Fireworks and Fountains, how much extra would one have to pay. Thanks. Sheela

I do not work for Groupon, but what part of their earlier reply "You have until Sunday at Midnight to buy the deal and you must use the deal by Sep 30, 2011." does not make it clear that the admission has to be bought by Sunday night and used by September 30th?

Bill R. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

The child's price is clearly stated in the description ($8 or less, depending on the age). And you have to buy it by Sunday night, when the deal will end. You need to USE it by September 30th, when it expires. You cannot use the Groupon in December.

Just for clarification, if there are 4 adults going we would need to purchase 4 groupons before the expiration date, is this correct? What would the cost of a 7 year old child be, would they get a discount as well? Thank you, CherylAnn

CherylAnn M. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

The expiration date is September 30. Does this mean I would have until September 30 to buy tickets, or that I would have to go to Longwood on or before September 30? To clarify, I'm planning to go to Longwood in December, and want to know if I can use this deal to buy my tickets.

What is the time limit on this groupon? When does it expire?

Susan D. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

Jeremy L.

*Hi Paul and Suresh* This cannot be used directly for the Fireworks and Fountains events, nor can this Groupon go toward the price of the event. *Kelly --* You are correct, you may buy 4 Groupons and use this for 4 people! *Jeremy L* _Forum Moderator_

Jeremy L. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

That's my question too. Can this be used for the Fireworks and Fountains?

Paul R. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

Suresh R.

Does it cover for the Fireworks and Fountains events in Aug/Sept? If no, can the $9 towards the cost of the event? Thanks

Suresh R. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

Kelly M.

What do you mean you can't use more than one Groupon on yourself in the same day? Why would a person want to use two groupons on themselves in the same day (I assume they already allow for rentry by stamping your hand or some other such thing). So...for my family of four, I can buy 4 groupons and use them for the same visit?

Kelly M. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

I purchased one for myself and one for a friend. My name showed up on both of them. Will this be a problem if my friend tries to use it? Do they ask for id at the entrance to accompany the groupon?

Samantha G. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

Jeremy L.

*Hi All,* Jeremy from Groupon here, and hopefully I can answer your questions in one fell swoop. The only restriction on this Groupon is that you cannot use more than one Groupon on yourself in the same day. If you want to buy two Groupons and bring a friend, that's perfect. If you buy a Groupon, and your friend buys a Groupon and you would like to go together, that's perfect. If you want to buy six Groupons and go in a group, that's perfect as well. *Allison --* You won't be able to use it today, but you will be able to use it Saturday or Sunday! *Diane --* Yes, they do have scooters available for rental for $15, and push wheel chairs are $4. If you have any further questions, please email support@groupon.com and we'll be happy to help you out. Thanks and enjoy this Groupon everyone! Regards, *Jeremy L.* _Forum Moderator_

Is there a limit to how many I can buy?

Linda J. answered 1 year, 1 month, 18 days, and 11 minutes ago

Lori M.

This may be a silly question but I just need to clarify. If I buy 2 tickets today to be used by myself and my daughter on the same day is that ok? Or do I have to purchase one as a gift? Thank you .
