Location is hard to find.
When we arrived the attendant was not there and no sign as to where he was...only a clock that said that he would return at 4:15...our appointment was at 11:00am.
Boats need to be upgraded....prop was bent...throttle was unresponsive.

This is a convenient location in North Van and enables a scenic inlet view of Stanley Park and our Vancouver harbour. We took 2 hours and boated to Granville island & science world. Considering all costs, it is a great experience at a fraction of boat ownership cost.

Either spend more time explaining safety features and boating hazards (in and out of the harbor area), or give the renter a written hard copy of main things to keep in mind. It was too dangerous for people who don't know how to react to high wakes, close-by traffic and debris in the water.
