I have a few questions, to operate the jet ski do you have to have a valid boaters safety certificate? If one, of the $39 dollar deals is bought can two people use the one jet ski? Is there an additional gas charge? Is this a guided tour or can we just go and do what ever with the jet ski for the hour?

Fine print says if born after 1/1/88 must have a valid boaters safety certificate. I assume this is an error, should be those born BEFORE 1/1/88????

THIS is NOT an error. It is state LAW. If born prior to this time no formal license required.
