Lotus Inn's chefs draw upon Chinese, Japanese, and Thai recipes to craft their artfully plated pan-Asian dishes served to guests in a zen-inspired dining room. The menu's entrees and appetizers span the geographical and culinary distance of Asia, with dishes such as pad thai and general tso's chicken mingling with szechuan chicken and panang curry. The chefs also roll tasty morsels of sushi, with gourmet rolls such as a salmon-and-avocado Lotus Inn roll or a spicy-tuna-and-tempura-fish deluxe rainbow roll. They also have a recently redesigned dining room, which now boasts a private party room, Japanese zen elements, and an extended cocktail bar and menu.
