Choose Between Two Options

Sessions aim to help women overcome the psychological causes of overeating, motivate exercise, and return to a healthy body weight. Each program includes eight group sessions that last 90 minutes each. The first session will be held in-person at one of three sites: Corner Brook (Saturday, September 21), Grand Falls-Windsor (Friday, September 27), and St. John's (Sunday, September 29). Later sessions will be held via teleconferences, and are recorded so clients can listen again or catch up on a missed session. Worksheets and handouts are distributed through email to supplement the sessions.
