About Luciano Express
In the southern hillsides near Naples, Italy, brothers Gennaro and Luciano Centofanti grew up learning traditional family recipes and the importance of using only the finest and freshest ingredients from their mother, Nonna Lina. She used to lure passersby into her trattoria with the aroma of fresh tomato sauce and freshly baked pizzas. When Gennaro and Luciano left Italy for America in 1971 they brought with them Nonna Lina's authentic Italian family recipes. The two now uphold their mother’s true Italian passion for good food at Luciano Express, preparing her recipes from scratch with imported Italian ingredients.
