They did not clean all my windows (basement). They charged me much more for additional services. They broke a window when they cleaned. They said they would help me find somebody to fix the window..never heard back from them.

End up, I total spent $260($60 groupon+ $200 additional fee) to clean my 14 windows, 13 windows are 1 1/2 years old. Those windows are very easy to clean. Three men spent less than 30 minutes to finished the job. Including 7~10 minutes to exam and quote additional price. The one of clean guys said to clean outside dust of frames' bases, I have to pay the extra cost, otherwise they can not do the job. After they left, I found out a window screen left on bathroom floor, did not put it back, and my bay window's curtain rack was broken, because the clean man pulled it too hard. The rack pulled out 3" from the curtain track. My window curtain won't function now. I will not recommend the Luminous
