During a 45-minute consultation, company president Mike Green meets with clients to learn about their backgrounds, interests, and what they look for in a significant other. He then builds a personal profile and uses it to find potential matches. He sends both parties the other's profile, and—if both agree—he sets up a date for coffee, lunch, or drinks. After this rendezvous, clients follow up with Mr. Green to explain how things went. The dating expert then uses this information to set up the next date.

From these casual, one-on-one chats, Mr. Green constructs finely tuned profiles, which he uses to find the perfect match from a large database of single professionals in Northeast Ohio. If he doesn't get things right the first time, Mr. Green continues to work with clients until they find a fulfilling relationship.
