Lynch Fitness

Lynch Fitness doesn't have a traditional gym's ubiquitous rows of cardio equipment, stacks of heavy weights, or people-size hamster wheels. Instead, the airy studio's sizeable windows shed natural light on nationally certified trainers leading boot-camp classes focused on functional motions and circuit training. Their approach foregoes weightlifting and machines that limit bodies to singular movements. The sweat-summoning workouts are more dynamic and eclectic than that, as members might find themselves using TRX suspension-training bands, modifying body-weight exercises on a BOSU ball, or twirling heavy ropes. Most of the classes last 45 minutes, and trainers help members incinerate a higher number of calories by encouraging them in constant motion throughout the workout.
