If I go to kings in a group, can each person in the group (bowling on one lane) use his/her groupon, or is it limited to one per group per visit? The rules are not clear on that…
Can you use this to treat friends if you come in a group and play on the same lane? Or is it only good for the games that you play which would mean that you have to play 4 games to use up the coupon in one day? Can it be used for renting shoes? The rules for this coupon are very unclear compared to other deals on this site.
The prices are not on the website. What is the price for a game? What is the 4.50 to 6.50 range? How much is shoe rental? Thanks.
Can someone from the bowling lane or Groupon please answer? I am very interested in purchasing this Groupon…I would like to know if myself and a partner could each use a groupon for the same lane/smae date/same night. And also, what are some of the deals and prices at the place? How much does it cost per person/per pair of shoes to play?

@Shaquanna: Each person in the group will be allowed to use a Groupon, but it will be limited to one Groupon per person per day (and note that each person will need to use the full $20 value as the Groupons don’t carry a balance).
@Katherine W.: You can certainly treat your friends with the Groupon, but it will be limited to one Groupon per person per day. The groupon can be used towards shoe rental.
@ Andrea E.: In the Dedham location, bowling is $4.50 per person/game before 6PM Mon-Thurs, $5.50 per person/game before 6PM Fri-Sun and after 6PM Sun-Thurs & $6.50 per person/game after 6PM Fri-Sat. In the Back Bay location, bowling is $5.50 per person/game before 6PM & $6.50 per person/game after 6PM. Shoe rental is $3.50 per person in both locations.

I would be much more inclined to buy it if bowling at home wasn’t $1 a game on Monday nights. :-/ Appreciating the Groupon focus on bowling, though. Could always use a little extra focus in the public eye (especially in a place like Boston).
If I plan on bowling with 3 others, could our group use 2 Groupons to cover the 4 of us? or would each person need to use their own Groupon?
@Katie D.: Yes, but separate people would need to purchase the Groupons. The limit is one Groupon per person, per day.
Correction on shoe rentals. These are $3.50 per pair in Dedham and $4 per pair in Back Bay.
I am unable to purchase this groupon. It connects me to a page of green & I click on today’s deal on every page & it brings me nowhere to purchase.
Does anybody know what could be wrong?
Incidentally, anyone who hasn’t been to Kings yet, at least in Dedham, it is awesome. I even spent Mothers Day, and many other’s there, as a family day & they’ve all been awesome!!

@ Katie D’s Question – Kings answers, “separate people would need to purchase the Groupons” – However, Groupon general rules say I can use one for myself and gift the 3 others I bought for friends. Saying “separate people need to purchase the Groupons” makes this gifting option misleading.
If I walked in to the Back Bay location with 3 friends and 4 Groupons and played 2 games of bowling after 6 PM that would be $17.00 per person with shoe rental. I would expect to not pay anything because each Groupon (3 that I am “gifting” to friends) should cover us. Am I correct?
Additionally, we would have $3.00 left over on each of our Groupons. (That would be $12.00 for a group of 4). Can that money be applied to Billards when we’re done bowling, making it $15 minus $12 = $3 for the first hour of Billards?
I’ve similar question as Josh D. I bought some groupon as gifts, so are you saying my friends were suppose to purchase their own groupons? That we are unable to use the groupons I purchased because we are only allowed to use one if I purchased it? I bought one for myself and the other ones I brought I used the gift options. Please clarify or I will need to call Groupon to refund the gifts.
I’m not able to get the deal….everytime I log in, I just get a blank green screen on Groupon????
Can Kings answer my question. If I give groupon as a gift to my friends and we go together, does that mean only one groupon can be use because my friends didn’t purchase their own groupon?
Can myself and my friend share one Groupon?
It doesn’t look like Kings is checking this board anymore – I’ve submitted a ticket to Groupon with my question above, and will post here if I get back an answer…

“You wouldn’t have to pay anything. However, you wouldn’t be able to use the extra for Billiards.”
So I think that answers Shu-Hua L.‘s question too. Your friends don’t have to “purchase” their own Groupon. If you purchased 5 Groupons – you’re allowed one per person on the same day – so you can let 4 friends use the additional Groupons you purchased.
I just opened a ticket too as I haven’t heard if I can share with Groupon with someone else or not. I’ll post what they say.
Groupon answered me and said I could use one Groupon for two of us. Good deal!
