Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for one month of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $135 value)

Boot-camp classes use interval training, kettlebells, medicine balls, and body-weight exercises to build stamina, and endurance. Classes use the same interval-training techniques of CrossFit, but remove barbells and powerlifting exercises. Classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Magic City CrossFit
At Magic City CrossFit, athletes forge stronger bodies by flipping tires and snapping kettlebells into the air. Classes use CrossFit’s philosophy of varied, interval workouts to build dynamic core strength through sessions that can be scaled to meet the fitness level of each participant. The gym also offers boot-camp classes for a more streamlined, weightlifting-free workout, as well as yoga sessions to build valuable flexibility.
