can you buy more than one hour to use at one time?

How many people come to clean for the one hour visit?

they don’t come out to McHenry County ;(

trying to find out if this groupon would be good in Bloomingdale IL. anyone know?

What a disappointment, 60614 Lincoln Park is not on the list that this company serves. I would have bought three. Why do you serve 60615 and not 60614? I take it you have a car right, you are not walking?

I see 60607 on the under south loop. We live in the west loop but are in the 60607. Are we eligible?

I have a small home in Lombard tenants just moved out. Would this work with this Groupon?

I’d like to buy this as a get-well gift for a friend in 60525. You go all around this area, why not there?

There are lots of specials not related to groupon on their website. For example… a priority cleaning with 2 maids for 1 1/2 hours is $99.. Maybe worth the try if they are sending AT LEAST TWO for the hour otherwise may not be worth it

This deal is an explosion of lameness; they serivece West Rogers Park but won’t go even a block further to Evanston, but Mokena makes the cut even though everyone knows it’s nowhere near anything.

Not sure why I’m getting this group on, since I’m not eligible. I live in Chicago, this is supposed to be a Chicago group on, yet I don’t seem to be eligible based on my zip code.

Is there service in 60618? I don’t see ANY Chicago listings…even for the zips noted in previous comments/questions. I’ll buy 3, but need to know if this company will service my area. If not, then I’m confused on why this is the daily featured deal and not a “local” deal on the sidebar.

Never mind my previous question…. I looked on the list provided by Groupon. I was originally looking at the list on their website.

Do the maids bring their own cleaning supplies/vacuums or does the homeowner need to provide them?

I apologize there seems to be a problem with the link to Maid Brigades service area. We are working on getting it fixed as soon as possilble. Yes we do service 60661!!! :) As far as the in home service we have 2 team members( one will clean the kitchen and bathrooms, one will do either common areas or bedrooms whichever you prefer) Depending on the size of your home we will be able to complete additional tasks.

Yes we do bring our own Suplies and Equipment.. We have Green Clean products for every specific area of the home. Our Team members are fully trained. We also offer carpet shampooing, and Vapor Cleaning ( which is a step further than what you’d get from Stanley Steamer).

The Groupon is limited to 1 per visit however, when you call in either to schedule your visit or just to inquire about services offered I can give you an estimated time it will take for a cleaning and we can go from there. Without the coupon it’s $90 for an hour.

The list states your service 60611, which is downtown. Does this include condos in the high-rises? I live off Michigan Ave and there isn’t much parking, so I am concerned this would be an issue for your team. Is the customer responsible to making sure you have somewhere to park?

Thanks for bringing up this topic!! Maid Brigade does service high rises and condos!! It is up to the customer to make sure that the team has a place to park. However, the arraingments that are made is on a client to client basis ex; If you are not going to be home we can take your space in your parking garage for the time we are there versus valet parking.

I live in Pilsen/University Village area. Am I eligible? Sounds like South Loop is eligible so I thought I should be too but I don’t see my zip on the list.

I want ti purchase three of this but no 60640? I know you said you don’t cover this zipcode but I live like a block away from 60657 zipcode. I live right off lakeshore drive which is east of ravenswood area and closer to lakeview area which you serve…

you don’t serve this zip code (60640) when it is also just right next to 60618 zipcode? which literally 60640 is sandwich by 60657 and 60618…

I was NOT happy with the service at all! This was my first time getting a cleaning service but it was not what I expected. Things were still dirty. I don’t know if it matters but I used the maid brigade on the south side of Chicago….NEVER again. I recently found another company and they did an excellent job cleaning my home and I will be using them on a monthly basis.
