Questions and Answers

Hello, does this groupon cover the cost of just the entrance fee, or does it include some of the "extra" activities that you can elect to pay for when you're there?

Julia M.

HI Wendi! This Groupon is for our Messiest package which includes admission plus every one of our hand-on activity stations!

It says limit one per visit. Does that mean that I can not use one for each of my kids during the same visit? Thanks!

Tanya B. asked 7 months, 9 days, 4 hours, and 42 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Tanya- you are welcome to use one for each of your kids per visit!

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 16 minutes ago

I have 3 kids which I would be bringing at the same time. If I read this correctly, I would only be able to use 1 Groupon & pay full price for the other two? Would I be able to use a Groupon for each of them for the one visit? Otherwise, I don't think we would get there that many times before December 19. Thanks!

Megan G. asked 7 months, 8 days, 20 hours, and 37 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Megan, You can bring all three kids with the three Groupons in one visit! No problem!

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 17 minutes ago

amanda asked 7 months, 8 days, 20 hours, and 4 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Amanda! You can absolutely use both of your Groupons in one visit.

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 18 minutes ago

On the website, it says that your center allows children 0-12; however, the groupon says 2-12. What is correct?

Laura R. asked 7 months, 8 days, 19 hours, and 54 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Laura, great question. Make-A-Messterpiece offers play spaces and activities for very young children, but this Groupon is for every activity in the studio, some of which would not be developmentally appropriate for babies under 2. We would suggest you purchase a Groupon for any children you have that are over 2 and just pay the $5 under 3 admission for any little messmakers in that age group when you arrive.

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 29 minutes ago

I'm a grandparent and would like to give this to my kids to take their children. Must I be there in order to redeem the coupons?

Suzanne F. asked 7 months, 8 days, 19 hours, and 39 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Suzanne, there's no need for you to be on site in order to give this as a gift. Just send your kids with the vouchers to use.

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 33 minutes ago

Do parents need to purchase too only for each kid?

Sophia H. asked 7 months, 8 days, 18 hours, and 56 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi Sophia, we never charge for grown-ups at Make-A-Messterpiece!

Julia M. answered 7 months, 8 days, 17 hours, and 34 minutes ago

How long are the children doing the Make-a-Messerpiece activities? Also, do the adults wait for the children or do we drop them off? Thanks.

marilyn o. asked 7 months, 8 days, 18 hours, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

Julia M.

Hi There Marilyn! The average visit is usually an hour and a half to two hours long. Adults must stay with kids at the Make-A-Messterpiece studio. Younger children will need their grown ups to help them during their visit.
