Maldini's Ristorante Italiano

Since 2005, Maldini's Ristorante Italiano has been welcoming guests for every occasion with a selection of rustic Italian dishes that run the gamut from casual to upscale. The chefs hand-toss both thick-crust Sicilian-style and thin-crust New York–style pizzas for tables to split, as well as personal pizzas for diners who'd like to pretend to be giants. Steak subs and caprese paninis offer handheld options, and forks twirl into the fettuccine granchio's noodles, tossed with crabmeat and cherry tomatoes in a lobster-reduction sauce. In addition to traditional entrees such as veal marsala and eggplant parmesan, the chefs dot filet mignon with porcini mushrooms and bake salmon to toss with a spicy, lobster-based marinara. The eatery's venetian-plaster walls, vine-covered arches, and gondoliers attempting to paddle through the parking lot enhance the Old World ambiance.
