The menu includes items such as tilapia baja fish tacos ($13.95); chilies rellenos, a fried poblano pepper stuffed with chipotle chicken ($13.95); and queso fundido, an iron skillet filled with chihuahua cheese, tequila, and veggies ($7.95–$10.95).

On-location catered parties are completely customizable; hosts may opt to feed guests with buffet-style arrangements or sit-down feasts. Hosts will work with the staff to draw up the ideal catering packages for their parties.

The northeast's largest selection of tequila, according to staff. Mama Iguana pairs a menu of Spanish-written dishes with more than 200 tequilas, which they use to kick-start their popular house and specialty margaritas. Patrons can sip drinks and bite into tacos while seated in the restaurant's colorful indoor dining area, out on the 100-seat outdoor patio, or standing in the doorway armed with poblano peppers in each hand.
