Questions and Answers

Hello, It said on urban spoon you were gluten-free. Are any of these sides gluten free? Thanks!

Christin B. asked 7 months, 12 days, 11 hours, and 23 minutes ago - 2 answers

Absolutely! Our Turkeys and the seasoning we use is gluten free, our sweet potato side is gluten free, the cranberry sauce is gluten free, our mashed potatoes are gluten free, I can make you a rice pilaf (or something else) in place of the stuffing and honeyed carrots or green beans with butter and bacon in place of the casserole. Our Muffins and Gravies ARE NOT gluten free so I will sub something for those if you like as well. Just contact me at 239-225-7997 to discuss. Thanks! Sara

Thank you Sara! The normal meal will be fine. Just wanted to make sure there would be a few gluten free options. I have just one guest that cannot tolerate gluten. Thanks again!

When do you have to pick up? Is it hot when picking it up?

teri T. asked 7 months, 17 days, 1 hour, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

You must pick up on November 21 unless you arrange an alternate date. The meal is fully cooked but when you pick it up it will be chilled. Detailed reheating instructions will be provided and reheating should take about two hours or so. To make arrangments for an alternate pickup date please call 239 225 7997, 7 to 3 Monday thru Friday and ask for Sara.
