The groupon included a picture projection and shout out to celebrate the guest of honour for our bachelorette party. The person I contacted said I needed to send them the picture for the projection a few days before the event to make sure it would make it up on the screen. We held our event on a Friday, so he said we would have to submit the picture before Wednesday. I'm glad I asked, because it was not mentioned anywhere else, and we may have missed the deadline to have it appear.

It was AMAZING, VIP room is where to be at with bottle service, they supplied 2 rock star drinks and 3 different types of mix. Had a blast, good music, classy atmosphere, very sophisticated and made all my friends feel like they were A liters :P.

They were absolutely awful. All they wanted was money. They didn't give us our VIP room or our champagne bottle yet they still expected us to tip 100$. They didn't do any service for the 100$ either. DO NOT GO THERE

I purchased the VIP Girls & Guys for 15 Groupon at 230$ for a Birthday Party.
- First we had to wait in line even if we are supposed to be VIP, then there was a 3$ coat check (supposed to be Free entry)
- My first arrived guests had to clean the VIP booth because it was super sticky, the booth could only fit 8 very small people, the floor was so sticky your feet would get stuck to it
- Guests asked for service, waitress took the order after waiting for several minutes came back to order from the bar
- Bathroom were beyond disgusting up to the door handle & over flowing toilets (not sure Health Canada would pass them).
- the bottle of champagne was actually the cheapest sparkling wine called baby duck...( value of 75$ more like 5$...)
- We asked several times for the 10 beers and never got them.
- Was told to email some pictures of the Bday girls and that they would be displayed on the TV in the VIP section, was not done...
- My groupon was redeemed October 28th, 2 weeks prior to the even on November 15th
I would never go back and never suggest this to anyone. serious lack of customer service, cleanliness and did not even get what I paid for in full...
Please help me get some of my money back as it was false advertisment
