The mexican lasagna embodies the restaurant’s ingenuity, as does the mexican shrimp cocktail’s chopped onions, cilantro, and avocado chunks. Maracas also features a lineup of vegetarian dishes, which includes spinach-filled enchiladas known to drastically improve the size of eaters’ biceps.
