Marché Bakery

Marché Bakery transports patrons to Paris with just one bite of a flaky, buttery croissant. Its bakers draw from classic French recipes to create Parisian staples such as almond croissants or pâte sablée, a flaky pastry wrapped around two sticks of chocolate. And their ciabatta breads and french baguettes are made the way they have been for generations—with only five ingredients.

In addition to their breads and light-as-air croissants, they bake many French pâtisserie favorites, crafting eight different macaroons, as well as éclairs. Their desserts also capture the flavors of other countries, from baklava to basbousa—a semolina cake made with rose and lemon syrup. Strong cups of Italian coffee round out the menu.
