Sorry it took so long to answer. We were iout of town. No, This is not an extremely hot wrap that you exercise in. Your skin is first exfoliated to open up the pores then a detoxifying cream is put on then you are wrapped and you lay and relax for 30 to 45 minutes. The results usually stay as long as you maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to help flush the toxins out. Any other questions please call the office at 505-332-1006
