Maryland Kettlebells

Jason Schreiber dedicated years of his life to staying in peak physical condition by training in mixed martial arts, competing in amateur power-lifting competitions, and earning a degree in kinesiology. He relies on this combination of education and experience when teaching men and women of virtually any age and fitness level how to use kettlebells, spherical cast-iron weights with handles. Jason teaches proper technique as students safely perform the swinging and lifting motions that characterize kettlebell workouts, encouraging students to push themselves with heavier weights. He believes that these exercises not only build muscle mass and definition over time, but they also provide a more engaging cardiovascular workout than swimming laps through a pool of molasses.
